The aim was to establish a digital repository framework that encompasses photos, sketches, maps, and scripts in addition to the correlations among locations and Scotland's historical personalities and occurrences, fused with arts, literature, vernacular, and culture.

Intact is a Canadian company who wanted to expand in Europe. They acquired Royal Sun Alliance’s UK and Europe operations in 2024. Which also included NIG and Farmweb. In 2025 they planed to rebrand unify UK and EU operations as Intact Insurance.

Develop: Designing concepts for IA, journeys, flows, and wireframes. Including regular, critique sessions formal reviews across the team and the stakeholders.

We reduced the time required for brokers to locate specific policy information during our latest round of testing.
We introduced a document library based on direct broker feedback, which would resulted in a significant reduction in support requests.
We passed AA accessibility standards during end-to-end testing, requiring only minor component-level refinements.
I learned testing with even five users can reveal the majority of usability issues, proving that small-scale iterative testing is better than one large study at the end.
Accessibility should be integrated from the wireframing stage rather than treated as a final checklist or add-on feature.
