I've designed for insurance, financial services, the public sector and charities, including RSA/Intact, Cancer Research UK and Historic Environment Scotland. I care about outcomes, accessibility and work that holds up in the real world, not decks that look good and die in review. As AI reshapes the field, I'm leaning into the parts that matter most: accessibility, data privacy and keeping real human judgement in the loop rather than automating it away. I do my best work where research, systems thinking and stakeholder alignment meet, shaping the brief as much as the design.
